If customers did not receive any order confirmation within 10 minutes, please
try and proactively call the restaurant directly. Our team will work to get the
order as quickly as possible.

Order cut off time is 1 hour before delivery time.
6. An
estimated delivery time will be around 60 to 90 minutes, but delivery times
shall vary depending on factors that are not controlled by us (e.g. order
quantity, distance, time of day (peak periods), weather conditions, traffic
conditions, etc.).
7. Orders and delivery location cannot be changed or cancelled once confirmed. If the order contains Alcohol (if applicable) and the recipient is below the legal age, or fails to provide a valid proof of ID, Lai Sun Dining reserves the right not to deliver order to the recipient.
8. Photos are for reference only. Items and prices are subject to change without prior notice.
9. Promotional
items and set menus cannot be used in conjunction with other offers, promotions
and discounts.

Sun Dining reserves the right to amend terms and conditions without prior
notice. In case of disputes, Lai Sun Dining reserves the right to make all

Ordering procedures and orders
Just
follow the steps below.

and select your preferred menu sets and quantities of the items.

on the shopping cart icon on the top right corner of the screen and then click
"Proceed to Checkout".

Upon
confirming the quantity and amount, click "Next" to login/ register,
fill in your personal information session and the one-time promotional code (if
any).

Check
your information and click "Place Order".

Once
you place the order, the order number will be displayed on the page and the order
confirmation email will be sent to your registered email address after the
purchase has been successfully completed.
You
can complete and pick up your order at our participating restaurant (CIAK All
Day Italian).

you do not receive the confirmation email from our e-shop, please contact us
via email ([email protected]) as soon as possible.

Payment
1. What payment methods can I use?
Currently
online payment is accepted via Stripe account, VISA, Mastercard, American
Express, Alipay etc. All product prices listed are in Hong Kong dollars. The
above payment methods are secure and reliable. All personal data and payment
information are securely encrypted.
2. Why is my payment unsuccessful?
Due to various
reasons, the purchase process may not be successfully completed, such as busy
line interrupt etc. Customers can try again later. If still unsuccessful,
please check with the issuing bank.

How to collect my
order in store?
To collect your order, please show the
confirmation email to our staff at our restaurant at designated pick-up time.
*The confirmation email cannot be
exchanged for cash or other products.

Can I authorize
others to pick up my order?
When authorizing someone else to pick up your order, you will need to provide their name and email
address. Once your order has been placed, you cannot change the person you authorize to pick up the order.
Returns and refunds
1.
Can I return or
refund after placing the order?
Cancellation,
return or exchange of products and refund will not be accepted upon order
confirmation. If you have any problems, you can talk to our staff at the restaurant
or you can contact us via email ([email protected])
with the order number as soon as possible.
Online refund will be sent to the customer's issuing bank immediately and shall return to the original payment method used by the customer. Please note that the refund processing times may vary between payment providers, it might take up to 10 business days for refund.

5. 下單截止時間為送餐服務前一小時。
6. 預計大概60-90分鐘內送貨至送餐地址,但送貨時間會因不受我們控制的因素(例如:訂單數量、距離、時段(高峰期)、天氣情況、交通情況等)而有所不同。
7. 所有訂單及送餐地點一經確認,均不可更改或取消。為了確保顧客收到訂單食品,顧客應確保在下單後由顧客本人或讓他人前往收貨地點收貨。若顧客的訂單包括酒類商品(如適用),並且顧客或收貨人未達到法定年齡或者無法提供有效的身份證明,麗新餐飲集團有權不向顧客交付訂單。

於網站成功訂購後,取貨通知電郵將於取貨前發送至顧客的電郵信箱。顧客須於自選之領取日期內取餐。

*逾期作廢,取貨通知電郵不能兌換現金或其他貨品。
3.
我可授權他人領取嗎?
授權其他人領取你的訂單時,授權人需要提供他們的姓名和電子郵件地址。下訂單後,將無法更改授權人來領取訂單。
退貨及退款

下單後,我可以退貨或退款嗎?
訂單一經確認後,不能取消、退貨、換貨或退款。如發現有任何問題,請盡快通知我們餐廳職員或發送電郵至[email protected]通知顧客服務專員。請保留有關取貨通知電郵以作換貨用途。
退款會立即退回到客戶之發卡銀行並僅限以原始付款方式退回。根據不同銀行規定,約需要10個工作天方於客戶帳單上顯示。
